Importance and advantages of the product:
Leather seats convey a much more elegant appearance than traditional cloth seats, but when it comes to cleaning they are the most delicate.
The main advantage of our product is that it not only cleans but is also capable of hydrating and nourishing the vehicle's leather upholstery, thus preventing it from drying out and cracking. The most important thing is that as soon as we have a stain on the seats, we must act quickly to prevent it from drying out and leaving marks. If we let more time pass, long-lasting stains on the material can occur.
Another advantage of our Hydrating Leather Cleaner is its versatility since it can be used in:
- Leather Car Seats
- Motorcycle leather seat
- Sofas, chairs and armchairs
- Motorcycle monkeys
- Steering wheel
At this point we must bear in mind that the maintenance and care of the leather or leather seats of the car is not the same as that of the motorcycle. The main reason is that the motorcycle is always exposed to rain, humidity and direct UV rays from the sun and this causes wear and tear on the leather. However, leather car seats, although they are protected from direct sunlight, are affected by heat since with an outside temperature of 25ºC and in the sun, it can lead to an interior temperature of 40ºC, thus causing dehydration and dry the leather.
That is why for the car it is advisable to clean and hydrate the seat every three months in winter and in summer when it is hotter and humid, it can be done every month. In the case of the motorcycle, it should be done periodically since due to the characteristics of the vehicle it is more exposed to the elements and although it is not always possible, it is convenient to keep it in a garage and thus protect it from external agents.
How to clean the leather upholstery of the car and motorcycle?
When cleaning, it is best to have a spray product since its application will be much easier and more comfortable. We just have to shake the product and spray it on the area to be treated (first we must do a test in a small area to check that it does not affect the surface) and very carefully wipe a soft cotton cloth or microfiber cloth that is dry to work the area with circular movements, especially the seams and folds, which is where dirt usually accumulates. For an optimal finish, we can wipe with a dry cloth to polish, once the product has dried.
How to clean the motorcycle leather suit?
To clean the outside of the leather or leather jumpsuit or jacket, the first thing to do is have a few clean cloths on hand. The first dry cloth will be used to remove the remains of dust that the jumpsuit may have. Following this, spray our product on the garment and with a second microfiber cloth or soft bristle brush, work each area by rubbing all the corners (we recommend making circular movements), then we pass a third cloth that is clean and possibly cotton to remove all the dirt and finally let it dry on a hanger.
This garment tends to deteriorate over time and can crack if we do not clean and care regularly. This is why we recommend that if it is not used frequently, this work be done at least once a year. However, if it is used regularly, we can do it every two to three months.
It comes in a 400ml spray format that facilitates its application and use.
