¿Qué hace que los Bela Podium Rain Gloves funcionen en condiciones de lluvia?
La membrana impermeable Hi Pura es el núcleo de estos guantes. Bloquea la entrada de agua manteniendo el confort en días húmedos sin exceso de calor.
La palma y los dedos utilizan piel artificial Regmar Kevlar. Su superficie texturizada ofrece agarre real sobre puños y manetas mojadas.
El material reflectante plateado mejora la visibilidad al captar la luz de los vehículos traseros, especialmente en lluvia intensa o baja visibilidad.

Piel artificial Kevlar Regmar: panel de la palma con base de Kevlar que aporta resistencia a la abrasión y agarre sobre superficies mojadas.

¿Cómo evita el cierre de muñeca la entrada de agua?
El sistema utiliza un cordón elástico con tope y cierre tipo stopper. Se ajusta a la muñeca y bloquea la apertura, evitando la entrada de agua.
Es regulable sobre la marcha, sin necesidad de hebillas o velcro complicados bajo la lluvia.
¿Son impermeables o solo resistentes al agua? Ambas capas trabajan juntas. El exterior repele la lluvia y la membrana Hi Pura bloquea lo que pueda pasar. Es una construcción totalmente impermeable.
¿Puedo usar el móvil con estos guantes? Sí. Las puntas son táctiles, lo que permite usar GPS o teléfono sin quitártelos.
¿Tienen certificación CE? No. Los Bela Podium Rain Gloves no están certificados CE. Están diseñados específicamente para protección impermeable y agarre en lluvia.
¿Para qué tipo de conducción son ideales? Perfectos para commuting urbano, touring diario y cualquier conducción con lluvia frecuente, especialmente en climas como el norte de España, Portugal, Reino Unido o el norte de Italia.
¿Cómo evita el cierre la entrada de agua? Un cordón elástico con sistema de tope sella la muñeca, manteniendo el ajuste cerrado incluso bajo lluvia intensa.

In all cases, refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 calendar days of receiving the returned merchandise. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, as stipulated in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGCU).
Can I exchange a product?
Most products purchased at maximo-moto.com can be exchanged, provided they are in their original packaging and in perfect condition . There are some exceptions and specific timeframes for returns.
In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, the return of products configured to measure (customized) will not be accepted.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

FIRST CHANGE IN PENINSULA
The first exchange will be free for purchases made in the Peninsula.
To make an exchange, the customer must send the product to the following address: Calle Artes Graficas 03, Pol. Ind. La Mina. Once we receive the product, we will send the replacement.

The customer has to fill out the return delivery note.
What are the return or exchange periods for a product?
The return periods detailed below will begin counting from the delivery of the order:
30 calendar days: for all products on our website
30 calendar days: for products with defects or flaws
The refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
The product must be unused, unassembled, and in perfect condition, including all accessories, documentation, and original packaging. Otherwise, the product will be subject to depreciation. In accordance with the exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal regulated in Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, returns of custom-configured (personalized) products will not be accepted.
How do I make a return or exchange?
We have a platform to manage your returns. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service at +34 961 213 961, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouse, and after verifying its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount or exchange it.
For returns, the direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU.
What if I receive the order and the product has a defect or flaw?
First of all, you must take some photos as proof of the defect and send them by email to calidad@secur-tex.es along with your contact information.
Once the product has been analyzed and the defect verified, Máximo-Moto will cover the shipping costs for the return of the defective item and the shipment of the correct item.
The maximum period for requesting an exchange or return of a defective item is 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
What if the product does not match the order placed?
maximo-moto.com will cover all costs, including both the collection of the incorrect product and the delivery of the correct order.
We will not resend any merchandise until the product being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses, as well as the condition of the packaging and its accessories.
Warranty
The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a warranty period for when the products delivered are not in accordance with the contract or present defects within a period of two years from the date of purchase.
The warranty applies as long as the product is used under the normal conditions of use determined by each manufacturer.
Securtex SL is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property other than the product or loss of profit or lost earnings.
The document that proves this guarantee will always be the purchase invoice/ticket.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Export policy
Shipping can be done from any of our storage facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, depending on product availability, and the customer agrees to pay customs and charges applicable to all products in any country other than the country of origin of the shipment.
How do I ship my item?
Correos is the official courier service for orders shipped to Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the recipient. For Spain and Portugal, all items will be sent to customers via Correos courier service.
We may use other courier services for countries outside of Europe to make it easier for our customers to purchase due to the lower courier costs, although delivery may take 3 to 15 days once the order is shipped.
Please remember that when you accept a delivery, you are essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you notice a damaged package or believe it has been mishandled, always sign for it as "damaged." In this scenario, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on product availability, your shipping destination, and the delivery time of the courier partner to your location.
Which days are considered working days?
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and all public holidays.
Can I select the delivery date?
If for any reason you would like your order delivered after the agreed date, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you require this service, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the additional notes section at checkout. How do I track my order?
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a link to our courier service's website and a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status of your order.
What happens if I haven't received the order?
If you're not home, the courier or delivery service will leave a note indicating they attempted delivery. In this case, you can collect your order from the courier's local office, the address of which will be on the note, or you can contact the courier service to arrange a new delivery.
If you wish, you can also leave specific delivery instructions for the courier service; however, it's important to note that some courier services may not be obligated to do so. And if you do, you will assume full responsibility for the order.
Will the delivery be to an alternative delivery address?
As a security measure to protect our customers from fraud, we will only ship items to the billing address. The only way we can deliver to a different address is if payment is received via direct bank transfer or postal order.
Do you deliver abroad?
Please refer to the Shipping and Payments tab in the advertised listing for a complete list of the countries we currently ship to. We do not ship any products to Russia.
What happens if there's a problem with my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging with tags intact. For our refund policy, please see the Returns tab.
We advise you to check your products at the time of delivery, as you are signing to confirm that you received them in good condition.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your items are shipped via courier, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order, please email us.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, it cannot be classified as missing until after 7 days (14 days for international orders).
However, we are responsible for goods lost in transit and will therefore send you a new order as soon as the original items are not delivered, or offer you a full refund.
